The Worry Workbook for Kids- TThis book  includes activities that use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help children move past their feas, set goals and more.

Orbeez/Water Beads-These beads are perfect for sensory play.  Water beads are soothing to touch and look at.  Playing with them can help to calm. Just add water!

Smudge Kit- This kit includes everything you need for smudging including an abalone shell, sweet grass, sage, smudge feather, handmade medicine bag, medicine wheel pin and a helpful informational sheet.  

Worry Doll- The child tells their worries and fears to the worry doll. It is put under the pillow at night.  In the morning, all the fears will have been taken away by the worry doll.  

Hourglass- These are useful for children who need instructions in short bursts and can also be used to help children ground themselves by watching the sand sink to the bottom.

Fleece Throw- The soft hug of a blanket helps to relax, soothe and keep the child warm.

Freedom Bear- This bear allows the child to write all their worries down on a special piece of paper and keep it in his heart.  When the child is ready, drop the paper into water-watch the words and the worries disappear with the paper. 

Sensory Fidget Ring- Roll them up and down your fingers for a fun, unique sensation.
